Louella (Lou) Rose Montgomery
May 22, 1948 - September 21, 2014
Louella (Lou) passed away suddenly in Terrace B.C at the age of 66. Lou is predeceased by her father, John Gyger and survived by her mother Wilma Gyger & her loving husband Bill Montgomery. Lou & Bill were married in Terrace B.C. on May 2nd, 2012.
Lou is lovingly remembered by her 3 daughters, Noralie Watson (Jerry), & Nicole Fraser of Smithers, and Corry Fehr (Gord) of Ashcroft. Also her six grandchildren Nolan & Ethan Watson, Nicolas & Shaylee Fraser, Jessica Fraser, & Devan Lester. Two brothers, Leo Gyger (Marie), & Harold Gyger (Carol) Many Nieces, nephews, cousins, countless friends (near & far), and beloved pets. Lou loved us all deeply and unconditionally. She will be forever remembered as kind and loving person who put many needs of others in front of her own. Her love, compassion, laughter, and sincerity will be sadly missed by many.
Lou was born in Smithers BC, May 22nd 1948. Up until her recent retirement, she enjoyed a position at Zellers in Smithers BC. She developed many friendships there that equaled the friendships that she kept from many years ago. She was a very hardworking lady who enjoyed the people around her as well as the job at hand. She has held many different titles in her short life, but all of them brought more friends, more laughter, and more love.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
