John Victor Chad, 61, of Granisle, B.C. passed away suddenly in his home on April 22, 2015. John is predeceased by his parents Victor and Cora and his sister Cheryl. He is survived by his children Sabrina and Carl; his grandchildren, Matthew and Clark; his sisters Linda and Bonita; and his brother David.
John hired on CN rail July 24, 1979 and retired out of Smithers, B.C. on Jan. 31, 2009 with 30 years of service. He moved to Granisle, B.C. to enjoy fishing and snowmobile sports. John had a kind heart and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A private interment will be held at the Chad family plot located in Prince Albert, SK at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined by the family.
