At London Health Centre on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, Jeremy Andrew DeKok of Listowel, and formerly of Telkwa, B.C., in his 31st year passed away. Beloved son of Carl DeKok of Kurtzville, and Joanne DeKok and Jerry McFarlane of Vernon, B.C.; brother of Amy and Thomas Spencer, and Joseph, Jon, Anita, and Ashley DeKok, all of Vernon, B.C.; step-brother of Justin Niederlich, Courtney Dagnal-McFarlane, and Jena-Siobhan Kinzel-McFarlane, all of Vernon, B.C.; uncle of Coda and Bronyaur Spencer; grandson of Simon DeKok of Listowel, and Gerrit Hieter of Vernon, B.C.
Predeceased by his grandmothers Jean DeKok and Helma Hieter.
Visitation was held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday, November 7, 2008. The funeral service was held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel, on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Ralph Dwarika officiating.
