George Stanley Willan
“Stub”
Jan. 3, 1920 to Nov. 8, 2003
“You will live in our
hearts forever.”
The Creator saw you
getting tired
And the cure was not to be
So wrapped you in
his loving arms
And whispered, “come with me.”
You suffered much in silence
Your spirit did not bend
You faced your pain
with courage
Until the very end.
You tried so hard to stay with us
Your fight was all in vain
The Creator took you
in loving arms
And saved you from all pain.
Memorial serivce was held on Nov. 13, 2003 at the Anglican Church in Hazelton, B.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
